Our Peacful Neighborhood
Tanners Pointe is a residential community with 86 homes located on Old Snellville Highway in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Tanners Pointe prides itself on the low-profile aura and our reputation as a wonderful community in which to live. We are a very active and friendly neighborhood with a very diverse homeowner population.

Our resident amenities include a swimming pool and a tennis court.
Our community is located within the Brookwood Cluster of the Gwinnett County Public Schools. Our kiddos matriculate through Craig Elementary School, A.C. Crews Middle School, and Brookwood High School.
Membership within our homeowners association is required of all homeowners, and an annual assessment for the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas is applied to every home.
The association is governed by a voluntary board of directors who are elected by our homeowners. Residents also serve on various committees such as: Architectural Review (ARC), Engagement, Courts (Tennis/Pickleball), Pool, and Grounds.
